My favorite healthy things are free: Sunshine and fresh air.
I walk my brains out. Your list of preventatives and ameliorations is pretty complete. I don't keep pharma like ivermectin on hand. Quercetin is very powerful, and probably better, but everyone's bodies are different. I just wish more people were in tune with themselves, and not some person allowing pharma salespeople to tell them what to prescribe to pay off their student loans.
My understanding is Quercetin is needed to drive zinc into the cells, where they take up the space that viruses would take up. Iver is for parasites and for some reason it also works well on corona viruses. I am hoping the posts I make here over time will help people trust their body more than a doctor, but that's difficult to do the longer in life we wait. I remember a few times when I got scared and took my daughter in, or in the case of UTI's, would go to the minute clinics, but overall I trust my experience and my medicine chest.
God gave us everything we need to heal, pharmaceuticals are all about the money. Try to tell many but they don’t want to listen & continue going to the Dr for more pills.
Yes, that's why the Back to Eden book was my bible for so many years. Every native plant has something to offer. When I was a poor single mom in my 20's, I often didn't have enough food for groceries after the bills were paid. My daughter and I would head down to the Mississippi river and pick wild greens and eat them all summer. I am pretty sure that's when my consciousness began to open.
Also, that acupressure point you reference is the master grief point. It is governed by the intellect, so it makes sense that it would help headaches that came from thinking too hard.
Oh yes, the laughter, you are so right. I have always found myself attracted to people who could make me laugh. Unless they had premature ejokeulation, where they were always trying to be funny and fell just a bit short. lol
very good info and recs, thanks Cat! I completely agree!
Thank you friend! Is there anything you can think of that I missed here? I know you do a lot of preventative remedies.

my mom told me about a pressure point on my palm between thumb & index finger that really helped with my headaches when I was younger
